You've Got Mail

Well I can't believe the time has finally come for our invitations to go in the mail. It's unbelievable to think that the response cards are due back to us in just 5 weeks making it almost the end of September then. It feels like we were just putting together the guest list for the first time and now it is going to be time to actually inviting everyone to the wedding. It is amazing how fast time flies by.

After $115 in postage later (110 stamps @ $0.66 and another 110 @ $0.44) we were ready to stamp all the envelopes. Our friend Anna was staying with us for the night so she helped me assemble all the envelopes. We did not however attempt to seal them all. If you remember back to when Mike had to seal all of our save the date envelopes last time he was sorry that we did not get that $0.99 envelope moistener. He will be making a trip to Staples tomorrow night to make his purchase and seal up all the envelopes and I'll take them off to the post office on Wednesday morning and it's in the mail they go.  Clearly Anna was much more helpful in this process than Mike was as you'll see him sitting on the couch while Anna and I stuff and stamp.

So exciting to think how fast the wedding will really be here. It will be fun to check the mail box every day for all of our response cards as they come back!
