This past month I've been doing a lot more cooking, part of my attempt to eat healthier and watch what I eat. I have to say I've really enjoyed all of the recipes I've been trying. Here's a couple of my recent meals, not the best pictures since they were all taken with my cell phone but they tasted even better than they look.
Spicy Shrimp Fried Rice (although it was a little too spicy)

My masterpiece Chicken Cobb Salad that took an hour to make but was so worth it!
Who knew that there is a secret on how to boil the perfect egg?
These were def three of my favorite meals that I've made. I can't wait to make them all again!
