Crazy Good Cupcakes

Gina brought over dessert for us last night for our dinner. She brought the most amazingly good, crazy delicious cupcakes. She made pina colada cupcakes that were to die for! It had coconut flakes in them (which of course coconut is the way to my heart) and like a rum cake taste, they were so moist and delicious. I took pictures of the leftovers, it's surprising there even are still leftovers. I fully intend to eat another one of these cupcakes tonight even if it means I have to skip dinner. As soon as I get the recipe from her I'll be sure to post it!
