I am happy to announce that I've officially completed another semester towards my Master's Degree. With two more classess finished this semester that brings my remaining total to just FIVE more classes until I've got my degree, and I can't wait for that day! I think this semester has gone by the fastest, the 15 weeks of classes seemed to fly by. This semester I completed: HR Strategy III: Measurement Issues and Creating & Managing Organizational Change. Looking ahead to next semester, I've got Managing Workforce Flow (Staffing) and Managing Rewards Systems (Compensation) coming up next! Tuesday, December 22, 2009
